Company Holds Special Legal Training Comparing Chinese and Western Legal Culture and Systems

On the morning of May 13, the company held special legal training on 'A Comparison of Chinese and Western Legal Culture and Systems'.
The training invited Professor Zhao Xiaogeng of the Law School of Renmin University of China to lecture on the differences between Chinese and Western legal culture, legal awareness and concepts, legal systems and judicial systems; on how to correctly understand China's traditional legal culture and legal system and its influence on people's behavior and awareness; and on how enterprises can effectively draw on the management systems and experience of foreign companies. The lecture was vivid, in-depth and brilliant, enabling participants to deeply appreciate that the fundamental difference between Chinese and Western legal systems lies in the difference between their legal cultures, and reminding them that only by viewing the differences between Chinese and Western legal cultures rationally, identifying the differences and common ground between China and the West in ideology and concepts, legal systems, and rules and behavioral awareness, and avoiding mechanical copying, can they more effectively learn from and apply the management experience of large foreign companies and better build and improve the management systems and institutions of domestic companies.
Nearly 500 people took part, including company leaders, heads of headquarters departments, members of secondary unit leadership teams, middle-level cadres and relevant business staff.
