Kunlun Lubricants Leads the Industry's Future with Technology and Strength

On January 11, the "2016 China Annual Performance Vehicle Awards Ceremony" hosted by the China Automotive Technology and Research Center was held in Beijing, with constant interaction, brilliant highlights and a stream of prizes both at the event site and online. The event attracted great attention from professionals and car enthusiasts; leading players in the industry such as PetroChina's lubricant company, Volvo and Mercedes-Benz gave strong support, and nearly 400 people, including executives of major automakers, competing drivers and media friends, attended the event.
The China Car Performance Challenge is a national-level professional event co-founded in 2015 by the China Automotive Technology and Research Center and the General Administration of Sport of China. It has now been included in the official competition calendar of the General Administration of Sport and is the only national-level professional automobile event in China in which "completely unmodified production cars" are used as the competition vehicles. The award-winning models are selected under extreme terrain and climate conditions such as those of Karamay and Mohe, based on performance test data for various aspects of the cars combined with objective evaluations by industry experts and factors such as consumer interest, so as to identify the production cars most worth buying for consumers. The event seeks to build the most authoritative and professional comprehensive performance testing platform for production cars in China.
At present, domestic engine technology is gradually reaching advanced international levels. New engine technologies and increasingly stringent environmental protection and energy-saving regulations are placing ever higher demands on lubricants, and the development of new engines and their matching lubricants is proceeding in parallel. This integrated development will inevitably greatly advance engine technology, improve environmental protection and energy-saving indicators, achieve lower emissions and higher efficiency, and will certainly bring consumers a better driving experience.
