Li Xiaodong Visits Daqing No. 2 Plant for Research

On July 2, Li Xiaodong, the company's deputy general manager, and his party called on Jiang Guohua, secretary of the Party committee and deputy general manager of Daqing Refining and Chemical Company, and together with the heads of relevant departments of the refining and chemical company exchanged views on quality control and acceptance prices for isodewaxing base oil. Li Xiaodong thanked the refining and chemical company for its support to the lubricant company over the years. Jiang Guohua said that it would overcome the difficulty of sluggish reaction at the end of the isodewaxing catalyst's life and give full cooperation to meet the lubricant company's demand for base oil.
During his research at the No. 2 Plant, Li Xiaodong went into the units to learn about the current state of the packaging unit's production line, the oil storage, transport and metering facilities, the operation of the information system platform and the treatment of hidden safety hazards. In the fourth-floor meeting room he held discussions with the plant's middle-level cadres, listening carefully to the problems and suggestions they raised about the enterprise's production and operation and answering their questions and suggestions on performance assessment, base oil transfer prices, packaged oil sales, disposal of old inventory, use of company-owned railcars and staffing of posts, and he also set out specific requirements for the No. 2 Plant on production safety, market guarantee, quality management and cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
