Petroleum Women Make the Gem Flower Bloom at Taicang Port

Recently, the laboratory of Kunlun Lubricant's East China Lubricant Plant was awarded the honorable title of Taicang Women's Civilized Post.
The laboratory of the East China Lubricant Plant is the guardian of product quality at the plant, tasked with incoming analysis of base oils and additives and with analysis for product blending and packaging inspection. Only through the strict control exercised by the laboratory can the high quality of the products be ensured.
At present, the laboratory has 23 employees, 16 of whom are women, accounting for 70 percent of its staff. In recent years, the laboratory has actively responded to the plant's call to become a five-type work team and an excellent 6S unit, and has been awarded titles including excellent 6S unit and five-type work team.
In 2009, during Taicang's campaign to create Women's Civilized Posts, the women employees of the laboratory actively responded to the call of the municipal trade union and the municipal women's federation, planning carefully and making earnest arrangements. Taking the strengthening of service work and team building as their fundamental starting point, customer satisfaction as the standard, quality service as the focus, strengthened internal management as the guarantee, and in-depth development of work team and post construction as the main line, they standardized services and strived to serve as the eyes of production. Overcoming difficulties, working diligently and behaving in a civilized manner on duty, they passed the appraisal and acceptance of the leading group of Taicang's Women's Achievement campaign with a full spirit and outstanding work performance.
Women are not inferior to men. The women employees of the East China Plant love their jobs, are proactive, serve customers warmly and strive tenaciously, creating first-class results. Petroleum women have made the gem flower bloom at Taicang Port.
