Fushun Lubricant Plant Carries Out the Themed Activity "Care for Employees, Health Accompanies Me"

The Party committee of the Fushun Lubricant Plant has consistently combined its study and practice activities with production and operating work and with cultural and sports activities that employees enjoy, carrying out a series of themed activities under the title "Care for Employees, Health Accompanies Me," which has taken the study and practice of the Scientific Outlook on Development deep into people's hearts and achieved good results.
The physical and mental health and family happiness of employees are an important foundation and precondition for creating a harmonious enterprise. Loving life and caring for employees' health are an important part of the study and practice of the Scientific Outlook on Development. The main purpose of the Fushun Plant Party committee in carrying out the themed activity "Care for Employees, Health Accompanies Me" is to further strengthen employees' correct health concepts, help them develop a scientific and healthy lifestyle, continuously relieve the pressure that production and daily life bring to employees and improve employees' physical and mental health quality. First, using "building the family" activities as a vehicle, various forms of healthy cultural and sports activities are organized, such as badminton and table tennis competitions. On June 11, the third "Kunlun Cup" employee badminton competition of the Fushun Plant formally opened. After two days and two stages of cross-elimination matches among 27 players from the whole plant, the top six were decided. Second, in contact with the Fushun Mining Bureau General Hospital, all employees of the plant undergo health examinations in batches. Third, employees are organized to carry out thematic speech and competition activities on "Safety Accompanies Me," thereby guiding employees' self-awareness of paying attention to safety, caring for life, respecting rules and pursuing health.
The series of themed activities "Care for Employees, Health Accompanies Me" at the Fushun Lubricant Plant has preliminarily formed a mechanism for caring for employees in terms of content, shifting the enterprise's function of caring for employees' health from passive calls and requirements to employees' own active direction of "I want to be healthy." It provides new ideas for the enterprise to further build harmonious labor relations, broaden the channels for performing its functions and innovate its working methods, and it also further stimulates the work enthusiasm of employees throughout the plant, strengthens the cohesion of the team and injects vitality and vigour into the enterprise's development.
