Wang Ling Visits the Jinan Area of the Northeast Sales Branch for Research

On May 14, General Manager Wang Ling visited the Jinan area of the Northeast Sales Branch for research and held a discussion with the area's sales staff.
During the discussion, Wang Ling learned in detail about the work and life of front-line sales staff and heard work reports from the area on automotive oil, industrial oil and the major customer project with Sinotruk, and exchanged views on the difficulties and problems sales representatives encountered in the market. Wang Ling gave detailed and specific guidance on such issues as how to develop end customers in automotive oil sales, promote premium oil and make rational use of promotion policies, how to develop enterprise customers for industrial oil, and how to cooperate with Sinotruk.
Wang Ling pointed out that the Northeast Sales Branch should study and implement conscientiously how to establish a complete price system in the market and guarantee reasonable profits for each sales channel.
Wang Ling said that sales departments should improve customer files by category and level and truly implement standardized customer management; the focus of the company's sales work is automotive oil, and the focus of automotive oil work is premium oil, so branch automotive oil departments must strictly follow the 'five indicators' in planning channels and promoting the market for automotive oil and seek profits from high-end products; industrial oil sales work should make full use of the company's technical strength, carefully study development cases in different industries and establish a development process.
