Company Leaders Visit Karamay Lubricant Plant to Inspect and Guide Work

On July 18, 2010, General Manager Liao Guoqin and Party Committee Secretary Xu Yuanke led relevant company department leaders to the Karamay Lubricant Plant to inspect and guide its work. At the Karamay Lubricant Plant, General Manager Liao Guoqin and Secretary Xu Yuanke gained a detailed understanding of base oil intake, production, sales and inventory in the first half of the year, and affirmed the plant's work. The company leaders also visited the production site to inspect and guide work and to greet frontline production employees. Mr. Liao said that over nine years the Karamay Lubricant Plant has continuously developed toward high technology and distinctive features, laying a solid foundation for the lubricant company's transformation from resource supply to brand operation and from market follower to market leader. "Kunlun" has become a leading national lubricant brand, and all these honors are inseparable from the pioneering spirit and quiet dedication of all employees. Secretary Xu affirmed the plant's work and expressed the hope that the Karamay Lubricant Plant would continue to thoroughly implement the Scientific Outlook on Development, further unify thinking, clarify its approach, and effectively strengthen initiative, a sense of urgency and a sense of responsibility in order to promote the company's sustainable development. The Karamay Lubricant Plant is located in Xinjiang on China's northwestern frontier, and its special geographical position determines its special mission.
