Kunlun Lubricant Produces Long-Life Turbine Oil Dedicated to Baosteel

Recently, the Baosteel-dedicated long-life turbine oils KTL32, KTL46 and KTL68 entered batch production at the East China Lubricant Plant of PetroChina Lubricant Company (hereafter the East China Plant).
Most of the indicators in the product standard for Baosteel-dedicated long-life turbine oil are the same as Kunlun Lubricant's company standard, but the anti-foam requirements are stricter. In response to this special customer requirement, the East China Plant promptly organized personnel to study and analyze it and addressed various problems step by step, starting with the system and raw materials. To eliminate the system's influence on product anti-foam performance and air release, it organized cleaning of the production system and used high-quality components for additive dosing and blending. To strictly match the customer's analysis, and to address the customer's use of imported equipment for anti-foam testing, the East China Plant purchased two sets of equipment of the same model for comparative analysis, ensuring stable product quality.
Thanks to strong organization and appropriate measures, the product was qualified on the first blending. The first batch of 47 tons of KTL68 was successfully filled and shipped. Feedback from the user after use was positive, and more production was immediately added to the plan. Through the concerted efforts of the whole plant, customer needs were met to the greatest extent possible, contributing to better market service and the protection of the enterprise's reputation.
