Company Holds Training on Enterprise Management and Legal Affairs

In order to improve the professional skills and working standards of business staff in the company's enterprise management and legal affairs system, the company held a training class on enterprise management and legal affairs in Xi'an from August 3 to 7. Seventy people took part: office directors, contract management staff and internal control and risk management staff from the second-level units.
Combining the current state of the company's enterprise management and legal affairs work with its annual key tasks, the training aimed to raise awareness, unify thinking, strengthen foundations and improve quality. It gave detailed explanations of several areas: the key points of enterprise management and legal affairs work in 2015, the implementation plan and assessment measures for compliance management, the legal regulation of marketing, the relevant problems and countermeasures in modern management innovation achievements in petroleum and petrochemical enterprises, and the internal control management system.
In the management discussion session, representatives of all units spoke enthusiastically, sharing good practices and good experience in enterprise management, compliance management, internal control and risk management and contract management that can be replicated and promoted, and putting forward opinions and suggestions on important issues in the work that need coordinated solutions and on how to further strengthen management.
Through the training, participants gained a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the practical work of enterprise management and legal affairs, raised their awareness and grasp of the methods and techniques of the work, providing a guarantee for comprehensively raising the standard of the company's enterprise management and legal affairs work.
