मोटरसाइकिल तेल Recently, a number of Kunlun Lubricant products including heat transfer oil, hydraulic oil and industrial gear oil passed equipment trial operation validation for the phase-one construction project of the Lanzhou New Area Nengke Group's 60,000-tonne (300,000-set) annual graphite crucible facility. Product performance fully met the customer's technical requirements and won high recognition from the project owner.
Lanzhou New Area is the fifth national-level new area in China and the first in the northwest. The phase-one project of Lanzhou New Area Nengke Group's 60,000-tonne (300,000-set) annual graphite crucible facility aims to build a full industrial chain cluster for new energy vehicles and lithium battery cathode and anode materials in Lanzhou New Area. The phase-one works involve a total investment of 231 million yuan, cover an area of 260 mu and are designed to produce 30,000 tonnes (equivalent to 150,000 sets) of graphite crucibles for high-end lithium battery anode materials annually.
In response to the working condition characteristics of the project, Kunlun Lubricant customized a professional overall lubrication solution and provided full-process professional technical support in aspects including oil selection demonstration, control of key performance indicators, process adaptability testing and coordination with equipment manufacturers, effectively improving equipment commissioning efficiency. With outstanding product quality and technical service advantages, Kunlun Lubricant successfully secured 98 percent of the lubricants and greases supply for the phase-one works.
Next, Kunlun Lubricant will set up a dedicated technical team, strengthen regular communication with Nengke Group, track the operating status of the oils already supplied and provide full-lifecycle technical support.
