On the third anniversary of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important written comments on carrying forward the "petroleum spirit", and in order to comprehensively display the striving spirit of a million oil employees inspired by the "petroleum spirit", to summarise and distil the new ideas, new concepts and value pursuits of oil workers in the new era, to study and explore the contemporary significance of the petroleum spirit, to enrich and develop its contemporary connotations and to further promote its dissemination, the Party Leadership Group has decided after study to hold the Second Petroleum Spirit Forum during the Group's image remoulding activity week.
