Sun Yanbo Visits Karamay Petrochemical Company

On June 15, Sun Yanbo, the company's chief accountant, and his party visited Karamay Petrochemical Company.
The two sides had a full exchange of views and explanations on the whole-process cost of bringing the lubricant company's specialty oil products to market. In light of the current market situation, the two sides also reached consensus on continuing to strengthen cooperation to reduce costs, jointly developing new specialty products for the market and improving market competitiveness, and at the same time coordinated arrangements for balancing resources at the Karamay Plant during the shutdown and maintenance of Karamay Petrochemical Company.
Sun Yanbo then went to the Karamay Plant for research. Wu Mingdong, the person in charge of the plant, gave a detailed report on the plant's production and operations since the beginning of the year, as well as the difficulties and problems currently faced in such areas as tank capacity, product inventory and financial expenses. Sun Yanbo listened carefully to the work report and gave detailed guidance on specific matters such as reducing product inventory and lowering financial expenses.
In the afternoon, Sun Yanbo and his party went to the Karamay Plant's railway trestle and the dedicated railway enterprise station of Karamay Petrochemical Company for on-site research, asking in detail about the railway dispatch system, the railway safety management system and other business matters.
Sun Yanbo stressed that in the next stage the Karamay Plant should, first, strengthen communication with Karamay Petrochemical Company and do a good job of balancing resources; second, coordinate the timing between the shutdown of Karamay Petrochemical Company's maintenance units and the plant's own production and dispatch so as to ensure that production and operations proceed smoothly; third, give prominence to safety and environmental protection management, continue to strengthen the study, dissemination and implementation of the 'two laws' and further strengthen on-site supervision; and fourth, strictly observe professional ethics, consciously abide by all rules and regulations and do a good job of corporate compliance management, grasp the essential spirit of 'three stricts and three earnestnesses', strengthen execution and lay a solid foundation for the company's sound and sustainable development.
