Northwest Branch Holds Cadre Meeting

On February 2, the Northwest Sales Branch held a cadre meeting to announce adjustments to the branch's principal leaders. Xu Yuanke, secretary of the company's Party committee, attended and delivered an important speech.
Jiang Weihua, director of the company's Human Resources Division, read out the company document on the appointment and removal of the Northwest Branch's principal leaders: Comrade Liang Jiaju was appointed manager, Party committee secretary and safety director of the Northwest Branch; Comrade Yang Chen no longer serves as manager, Party committee secretary and safety director of the Northwest Branch; and Comrade Yuan Delin concurrently serves as secretary of the discipline inspection commission and chairman of the labor union of the Northwest Branch.
In his statement, Yuan Delin said he firmly supported the company's appointment decision and would shoulder responsibility and work solidly in the future, doing a good job in the branch's discipline inspection commission and labor union work.
Yang Chen also made a statement, saying he firmly supported the company's work adjustment arrangement. Reviewing his more than ten years of work at the Northwest Branch, he thanked the other members of the branch leadership team and all departments for their full cooperation and support, and sincerely wished the branch, under the leadership of its new team, progress, innovation and even better results.
Liang Jiaju said he firmly supported the company's appointment decision and would, in accordance with the company's overall arrangements and deployment, do a good job in building the branch's leadership team, earnestly unite team members and colleagues, give full play to the collective strength of the team, care for employees and rely closely on them, strive to create a clean and upright working atmosphere and solidly advance all work; and, in light of the Northwest Branch's actual situation, translate the company's development strategy, work approach and arrangements into practice and results, meticulously organizing and actively promoting all operating business and Party building and ideological-political work.
Xu Yuanke fully affirmed the outstanding results the Northwest Branch has achieved over the years: the Kunlun brand ranks first in market share in the northwest, and, with the branch united from top to bottom and its strength concentrated, it is an excellent team that 'overcomes difficulties' on the sales front. For the next stage of work, Secretary Xu stressed several points. First, implement the company's annual work arrangements and carry out work innovatively, closely following the overall thinking of the company's work conference arrangements and, in light of the unit's actual conditions, publicize and interpret the spirit of the work conference, unify employees' thinking, innovate approaches and truly put the work arrangements into practice. Second, focus on strengthening leadership team building and Party building, give play to the Party committee's role as the political core and raise the team's overall capability. Third, do a good job in unity and cooperation, foster a sense of the big picture and of development, and truly create a good working atmosphere. Fourth, enhance the awareness of honest work practices and create a good environment for enterprise and entrepreneurship. Fifth, earnestly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Party; leading cadres must strictly observe political discipline and political rules, solidly put the tasks of governing the enterprise according to law into practice, and provide a strong guarantee for the company's sustainable development with quality and profitability.
Finally, Xu Yuanke expressed high hopes for the Northwest Branch's future development, hoping that the new leadership team would strengthen cooperation, act in unity, forge ahead and pursue reform and innovation, fully mobilize employees' enthusiasm and make unremitting efforts to realize the sustainable development of the Lubricant Company.
