In order to comprehensively enhance the service awareness and service quality of PetroChina's lubricant company, strengthen market support capability and reinforce ties with distributors, the Beijing Plant of PetroChina's lubricant company held a key distributors conference on December 21, 2016, attended by 31 distributors, 54 people in total.
First, a representative of Kunlun Lubricants gave a detailed introduction to the Beijing Plant's production blending capacity, production facilities, production process management flow, product quality control and logistics support, and gave a detailed explanation of the production capacity after the completion and commissioning of its phase II project as well as its thinking on proactively serving the market in the future.
Introducing the Beijing Plant to distributors
During the conference, the Kunlun Lubricants representative conveyed to distributors the company's strategic concept of "six major strategies, three moves forward, two markets, two channels and two types of resources". He stressed that Kunlun Lubricants will adhere to a customer-centric approach, continuously optimize and integrate the market and raise the level of market service. For end customers it will formulate oil replacement guarantee plans and provide oil blending tests, oil testing and other services; it will regularly invite key customers to visit and inspect the enterprise; it will give full play to the Beijing Plant's distribution and support advantages and fully assist all sales companies in achieving extended value-added services; and it will combine Kunlun Lubricants' production, sales and R&D strengths with distributors' terminal network strengths, interpreting through action the service philosophy of PetroChina as an integrated comprehensive petroleum company.
Technical service experts lecturing on lubricant knowledge and answering questions
Distributors attending the conference spoke highly of the event: the rich content, the excellent format, the accessible and detailed interpretation, the all-round explanation of professional technology and the sharing of classic cases all benefited them greatly. They believed that the conference would provide strong support for developing end customers and providing them with precise, high-quality service, and gave distributors greater confidence in the development prospects of Kunlun Lubricants.
