Southwest Sales Branch Holds Cadre Meeting

On February 5, the Southwest Sales Branch held a cadre meeting. General Manager Wang Ling attended and delivered an important speech.
At the meeting, Li Dong, deputy director of the company's Human Resources Division (Organization Department of the Party Committee), read out the company's decision on the appointment and removal of cadres at the Southwest Sales Branch: Pang Zhongmin was appointed a member and secretary of the Party committee, secretary of the discipline inspection commission, chairman of the labor union and safety director of the Southwest Sales Branch; Comrade Wang Qingshan was appointed a member of the Party committee and deputy manager of the Southwest Sales Branch; and Comrade Fan Yuming no longer concurrently serves as safety director.
Fan Yuming, Pang Zhongmin and Wang Qingshan each made statements, expressing firm support for and obedience to the organization's decision, subordination to the overall situation, safeguarding of team unity, and readiness to step into their new roles promptly and to implement the company's decisions to the letter. On behalf of the leadership team, Fan Yuming expressed firm support for and obedience to the organization's decision, and said the branch's new leadership team would work in unity and lead all employees in doing the branch's work solidly and well, driving the branch's overall work to a new level. Wang Ling pointed out that this adjustment of the Southwest Sales Branch leadership team was made after careful study by the company's leadership team and a comprehensive assessment of the branch's specific circumstances, in accordance with the requirement to separate Party and administrative posts and to have cross-appointments, and with a view to strengthening the team and optimizing its composition. It is both recognition of individual work and recognition of the Southwest Branch's work in recent years. He hoped the new leadership team would support and cooperate with one another and drive the rapid development of the Southwest Branch's sales business.
Wang Ling stressed that in the next stage of work, first, confidence in the Kunlun brand must be built among employees and distributors, and the target of 300 million yuan in sales profit must be resolutely met; second, the current low international crude oil price does more good than harm to the lubricant business, so multiple measures must be taken to raise gross margin and to handle the relationship between cost and quality well; and third, a solid foundation must be laid for the Kunlun brand's long-term development, striving to become a century-old enterprise and working hard to build the company into a world-class lubricant company.
