Dalian Lubricant Plant: committed to cutting costs and raising efficiency, it turned its losses around and became profitable within a year and a half;
East China Lubricant Plant: for the launch of the new 'Tianrun' product, it mobilized its entire workforce, worked overtime and completed its tasks with guaranteed quality and quantity;
Du Yixia, a sales representative of the East China Branch: for fifteen years she has worked quietly in the Zhejiang market and has never had a single overdue receivable, a single business error, or a single reporting failure such as an error, late submission or omission in statistical reports;
