Lanzhou Grease Plant Passes ISO/TS16949 Certification by France's BV

Recently, Kunlun Lubricant's Lanzhou Grease Plant successfully passed the 2009 ISO/TS16949 management system certification audit by the French certification company BV. This was the plant's first certification audit since it was incorporated into the Lubricant Company. The audit team affirmed the extensive work the plant had done in system planning and operation. ISO/TS16949 is a standard promoted by the automotive industry and applies to auto parts manufacturers and vehicle assembly plants; obtaining an ISO/TS16949 certificate is effectively a passport to supply automakers. This external audit of the management system was a concentrated review of the plant's daily work, and the certification audit played a strong role in advancing management performance improvement at the Lanzhou Lubricant Plant.
