Lubricant Company Signs a Strategic Cooperation Memorandum with Chongqing Changan Suzuki Automobile Co., Ltd.

On June 3, PetroChina Lubricant Company signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with Chongqing Changan Suzuki Automobile Co., Ltd., establishing a cooperative relationship. This is the result of long-standing mutual trust, mutual benefit and common development between PetroChina Lubricant Company and Changan Suzuki, and, more importantly, of the two sides' shared understanding of the automobile market — high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection!
Adhering to the car-making philosophy of "technology achieves low energy consumption and high quality," Changan Suzuki has produced a series of economical, reliable, energy-saving and efficient cars that meet market demand; in 2008 the company's vehicle sales reached 124,000 units, a growth rate of 15 percent, far higher than the average growth rate of vehicle sales in the national automobile industry. This shows that economical and energy-saving cars are increasingly favoured by users and will have an even broader market prospect in the future.
