On September 25, aboard the "Kunlun Lubricant" high-speed train travelling from Beijing to Shanghai, Kunlun Lubricant celebrated the 71st anniversary of the founding of New China with an event themed "Guarding China's Speed, Conveying China's Strength". Singing the same song and raising the same flag, the resounding melodies and loud singing praised the motherland's achievements, glory and dreams and stirred everyone's patriotic enthusiasm. A flash-mob singing of the motherland to fire up the atmosphere!
National flags fluttered through the carriage and singing echoed inside it; "Ode to the Motherland" quickly lifted the atmosphere in the carriage towards the theme of paying tribute to the motherland, touching everyone's heart.
Holding up slogans such as "Motherland, I am proud of you", "Awesome, my country" and "I love you, China" and waving small red flags, passengers joined the Kunlun Lubricant positive energy team in singing to celebrate the motherland's birthday.
Although everyone wore masks, the pride in their eyes was absolutely genuine; the resounding singing aroused everyone's patriotic enthusiasm and warmed every heart.
These uncles and aunts are regular passengers on the Beijing-Shanghai line and took an enthusiastic part from the very start of the event. They said the progress of trains is a microcosm of social progress: ten years ago, travelling from Beijing to Shanghai took a whole day by train, and during peak travel periods people were lying down wherever you looked, so it was hard even to find room to stretch; now, on high-speed rail, over a thousand kilometres takes only four hours and the seats are roomier. Their families all say that the travel experience alone lets them truly feel the motherland growing stronger step by step. This Kunlun Lubricant event once again took everyone back through these glorious stages of the motherland's development, filling them with pride.
Singing for the motherland also drew enthusiastic participation from children. Young as they are, these children were not stumped at all by "Ode to the Motherland" — even the Kunlun Lubricant positive energy team felt they could not match them. Patriotism is thus carried on by the next generation.

In the interactive "Q&A, Q&A" session, the positive energy team reviewed the motherland's highlights of 2020 together with everyone, hoping that in this way people would better understand the motherland's changes and strength. Some checked on their phones, some asked the host for a hint and others simply raised their hands to answer first; the carriage quickly turned into a joyful classroom.
Who the top students are can be seen from the answers: two young men knew all the answers and raced to answer first, as if determined not to give anyone else a chance, while the other colleagues waited anxiously.
The young man who won a prize beamed and admitted that he usually follows the news and likes to feel society's rapid changes through national events, never expecting it to come in useful today; he really enjoyed this kind of Q&A session, and the four-hour journey that usually feels especially long on business trips flew by because of today's interaction.

Having missed the subway book hunt, aren't you full of anticipation for a high-speed rail book hunt? The book hunt specially arranged for the event gave everyone another taste of puzzle-solving after the Q&A.
Following the host's hint, this lucky young lady found the mystery book prize — "This Is China" — in the seat pocket in front of her. She said she was very glad to have the chance to learn the wonderful stories behind China's rise through such a book and to truly feel the power of a China stepping onto the world stage.
One young man could not find a book, so before the event ended he caught up with the Kunlun Lubricant positive energy team and asked to buy a copy of "This Is China". The team decided that for such a patriotic young man, a copy simply had to be given to him!
The atmosphere in the carriage was so lively that the lady train attendants joined our interaction too. They said: "Singing Ode to the Motherland together made us marvel at the strength of the motherland — what positive energy! I want to pass this pride and honour on to every passenger on future journeys."
