Company's Induction Training for Sales Representatives Opens

On April 8, the company's induction training class for sales representatives opened at Dalian Kunlun School. Fifty-one newly recruited sales representatives from the sales branches took part.
On April 10, after finishing a two-day, one-night outdoor team-building program, all the trainees attended the opening ceremony, marking the start of nearly a month of concentrated study and training. Jiang Weihua, assistant to the general manager, and Sun Weidong, manager of the Northeast Sales Branch, attended the opening ceremony and spoke.
Hou Yuchuang, principal of Kunlun School, first welcomed the trainees on behalf of the school and conveyed how much importance the company attaches to this training, noting that the training aims to help newly recruited sales representatives understand the enterprise and strengthen their sense of identification with and belonging to it, and to understand the sales post, strengthen professional knowledge and improve business quality and skills so as to lay a foundation for future work.
Drawing on his many years of work experience, Sun Weidong shared several insights into sales work: to do sales well, one must first love the work itself, second hold the post in awe, third cultivate professional qualities, fourth have strong communication skills, and fifth have self-management and self-decision-making ability. His brief words contained profound truths, and participants said they had benefited greatly.
In his speech, Jiang Weihua briefly introduced the development history of the Kunlun brand and offered five hopes for the trainees' future work: first, keep to the right direction and set clear goals; second, cherish the opportunity and be loyal to the enterprise; third, love the post and work steadily; fourth, work as a team and consider the overall situation; and fifth, be strict in self-cultivation and choose good friends.
