Lubricant Company Strengthens Cooperation and Communication with Baoji Oilfield Machinery Co., Ltd.

Recently, Luo Guiru, Deputy General Manager of the Lubricant Company, and his delegation visited Baoji Oilfield Machinery Co., Ltd., the production base for PetroChina drilling rigs and mud pumps in the western Guanzhong area of Shaanxi, and held discussions with Party Secretary Fan Ruifeng and other relevant leaders and department heads of the company. Baoji Oilfield Machinery Co., Ltd. is the earliest established, largest and strongest oil drilling and production equipment research, development and manufacturing enterprise in China. Over the years it has supplied more than 500 land drilling rigs of 4,000 meters and above to domestic oilfields, accounting for more than 50 percent of the total number of land rigs currently in use in domestic oilfields. At the meeting, Mr. Luo introduced the development of the Lubricant Company and the market situation and plans for Kunlun Lubricant, and expressed the hope of strengthening communication and cooperation with Baoji Oilfield Machinery Co., Ltd., of helping the company further optimize its current equipment oil use, of improving equipment oils, and of carrying out technical certification of lubricants for drilling rigs and mud pumps. Party Secretary Fan Ruifeng of Baoji Oilfield Machinery Co., Ltd. also expressed willingness to further promote mutual benefit and win-win between the two sides, to jointly promote the PetroChina Kunlun brand and to expand the influence of PetroChina. Standing at the height of the overall interests of PetroChina, taking enhancing the competitiveness of both sides' products as the starting point and reducing lubrication costs and facilitating use for users within the system as the purpose, the two sides strengthened cooperation and exchange. Finally, the two sides reached a consensus on jointly holding high one banner, seeking consistent development and maximizing the overall benefits of PetroChina.
