Capacity Expansion Renovation of the Rubber Dissolving Tank at the Chengdu Lubricant Plant Completed

Recently, the capacity expansion renovation project for the rubber dissolving tank — a key item of equipment in the Chengdu Lubricant Plant's production blending system — was successfully completed and formally put into production operation, providing strong support for Lubricant Company in expanding oil blending output, improving the first-blend pass rate and raising the on-time rate of production and shipment.
Through the joint efforts of the technical renovation project team formed by the Chengdu Lubricant Plant, the construction and installation unit and the project supervision company, the capacity expansion renovation project for the 30-cubic-meter rubber dissolving tank was completed on schedule: the motor of the blending tank was converted from the original ordinary 11 kW motor to a 30 kW variable-frequency motor, which not only increased the stirring power but also allows the motor to automatically adjust the variable-frequency stirring power according to the solubility of the rubber particles in the tank, achieving energy saving and consumption reduction.
Recently, the technical renovation project for the rubber dissolving tank has fully passed project acceptance and been put into normal production operation.
