Northeast Lubricant Sales Branch Holds a Comprehensive Knowledge Competition

During its 2009 work conference, the Northeast Lubricant Sales Branch held a comprehensive knowledge competition on essential job knowledge, which played a good role in promoting the improvement of employee quality, the reduction of hidden accident risks and the creation of a harmonious enterprise.
The Northeast Lubricant Sales Branch covers a wide area and its personnel are scattered, making it relatively difficult to hold activities in a centralised way; taking advantage of the work conference, the branch's labor union took the lead in holding a comprehensive knowledge competition that brought together lubricant knowledge and knowledge of internal control, finance, office management, safety and fire prevention, traffic and other areas.
The competition was divided according to the branch's sales regions and out-of-town offices, with 8 representative teams taking part. The competition was divided into segments such as required-answer questions, multiple-choice questions, picture questions, quick-answer questions and hands-on drills, and the audience on site also took part in answering some of the questions. After fierce competition, the headquarters team won first place in the competition. The branch's leaders acted as judges, also taking part in the competition activities, and presented awards to the winning teams.
Through this competition, employees of the Northeast Branch further raised the degree of importance they attach to essential job knowledge, exercised the spirit of teamwork and created a good learning atmosphere.
