Promoting Sales Through Service: Kunlun Lubricant Deepens Cooperation with Longgang Group

From September 17 to 18, 2009, a professional technical team made up of the Kunlun Lubricant Northwest Sales Branch and the Lanzhou R&D Center conducted two days of training for relevant staff of Longgang Group. During this period, the technical team also toured Longgang Group's production lines and provided on-site question-and-answer sessions and oil use guidance. Longgang Group is a leading steel producer in Shaanxi Province, with capacity of 2.2 million tons in 2008, 4 million tons at present, and a target of 7 million tons by October 2010. Because of its rapid capacity expansion, Longgang Group took on many new employees. To help these new staff master equipment lubrication and related knowledge more skillfully, and in accordance with the terms of a tripartite agreement, Kunlun Lubricant dispatched professional technical personnel to train its equipment managers, operators and procurement staff on lubricant knowledge and lubrication management. The training was highly praised by Longgang Group and its distributors, laying a good foundation for future cooperation. During the visit, the two sides also held talks on further cooperation and reached a consensus.
