On June 15, the 2023 Second International Green Zero-Carbon Festival and 2023 ESG Leaders Summit, themed “The Road to Carbon Neutrality,” was held in Beijing. The trial production of China’s first 10,000-ton PAO unit was successfully completed, achieving the first industrial application of domestic low-viscosity PAO lubricating oil production technology and breaking the foreign technology monopoly. The first independently developed D1 specification for diesel engine oil is about to be incorporated into the national standard. A series of achievements in green science and technology have strengthened confidence in achieving self-reliance and strength in science and technology and opened up broad prospects led by science and technology.
