Kunlun Industrial Open Gear Oil Series Successfully Passes Service Tests

The Kunlun NW1000 solvent-diluted industrial open gear oil, independently developed by PetroChina's Lanzhou Lubricant Research and Development Center, was produced in an industrial trial at the Pingshuo Non-Coal Lubricant Plant in Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province, and tested in service on a PH2800 electric shovel at the Pingshuo open-pit coal mine. Test results show that Kunlun NW1000 solvent-diluted industrial open gear oil has good low-temperature performance, adhesiveness and lubricating performance, and is suitable for the lubrication and protection of large open gears under cold winter conditions. With this, both the N1000 (summer oil) and NW1000 (winter oil) products of Kunlun's environmentally friendly industrial open gear oil series have successfully passed service tests. The success of the service tests for this series is another breakthrough by Kunlun Lubricant in industrial gear lubrication research and development. The product uses an environmentally friendly solvent to replace the toxic chlorine-containing solvents used in conventional solvent-diluted open gear lubricants, balancing lubrication and environmental protection and reflecting Kunlun Lubricant's product innovation and its environmental philosophy of putting people first and promoting the harmonious development of production and the environment. At present, the product has been widely promoted and applied in the cement, steel and other industries with good results.
