Recently, PetroChina Lubricant Company and Shandong Lingong Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. held a technical cooperation seminar at the Dalian Lubricant R&D Center. The main purpose of the meeting was to implement the technical plan and development schedule for the "hydraulic transmission oil upgrade," carry out differential research on anti-wear hydraulic oil and investigate oil change intervals, so as to make technical preparations for Lingong construction machinery's individualised oil requirements and for the formulation of a sound lubrication solution.
The meeting was chaired by Yang Junjie, deputy chief engineer of Lubricant Company. Zhi Kaiyin, vice general manager of Shandong Lingong Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., leaders of the R&D Center and the Northeast Sales Branch, and relevant technical personnel from PetroChina Wuxi Gaorunjie Grease Company took part in the technical exchange.
In 2008, PetroChina Lubricant Company and Lingong established a strategic partnership and held many technical exchanges and consultations. At the meeting, Mr. Yang reviewed the course of cooperation between PetroChina Lubricant Company and Lingong and pointed out the main tasks of this technical seminar. Lingong Vice General Manager Zhi Kaiyin introduced Lingong's development history and current situation and said that since cooperating with Lubricant Company, Lingong's standard of oil use has improved greatly.
PetroChina Lubricant Company exchanged views on its recommendations for upgrading hydraulic transmission oil, the use tests of hydraulic oil and hydraulic transmission oil in excavators and loaders, discussion of brake fluid interchangeability test results, and analysis of the oils used in the vibration excitation mechanism. The two sides held detailed discussions focusing on the research and development of hydraulic transmission oil products, differential research on high-pressure anti-wear hydraulic oil, and investigations of adaptability and oil change intervals on Lingong construction machinery equipment; they drew up a detailed work plan and agreed to hold another meeting in July or August to check and summarise the implementation of the matters agreed at this meeting.
