Yesterday, the economic inspection team of the Anning Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau of Lanzhou City received a report from a citizen that someone was manufacturing counterfeit "Kunlun" brand products in a small house located 200 meters south of Liujiabao Wanshou Restaurant in Anning. At 6 p.m. yesterday, the economic inspection team of the Anning Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau dismantled the fake production site in one fell swoop.
The law enforcement officers found 123 oil drums of 170 kilograms each, a compressor, a bucket of blue-white paint, 5 barrels of real oil, 160 "Kunlun" brand lubricant labels, 4 plastic stickers with the "Kunlun" trademark and 3 printing plates at the scene. The reporter saw that the processing site was about 200 square meters in size and three workers were processing "Kunlun" brand iron drums. Later, in a room on the left of the flat house courtyard, the reporter saw that there were still 4 oil filling nozzles in the room. A citizen who did not want to be identified said that according to her covert observation, this processing site had been manufacturing counterfeit "Kunlun" brand lubricants here for more than a year. They were processing, filling the barrels and selling them simultaneously. Up to now, more than 1,000 barrels of counterfeit Kunlun lubricants have been sold on the market.
According to the law enforcement officers of the economic inspection team of the Anning Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau, when they arrived at the scene upon receiving the report, they found some finished products and semi-finished products piled up there. Currently, the law enforcement officers have seized all production tools and finished and semi-finished products. Whether there are any finished oil products flowing into the market is still under further investigation.
