18 Finalists of the Kunlun Lubricant Cup “China Heart” 2018 Top Ten Engines Selection

From March to September, after the jury experience sessions during the open selection, compilation of new engine model data and daily testing and screening by Auto & Sport jurors, as of October 11 the list of 18 engines (19 models) shortlisted for the real-vehicle test of the Kunlun Lubricant Cup “China Heart” 2018 Top Ten Engines selection had been fully released; the companies, engine models and vehicle models are shown in the table below (in no particular order).
Note: Nos. 3 and 4 — FAW Toyota and GAC Toyota — are the same engine.
From the shortlist it can also be seen that large-displacement models are gradually disappearing, replaced by small-displacement models; there are a great many shortlisted models with displacements from 1.0L to 1.6L, and the largest displacement among them is only 2.0L.
