Liaohe Lubricant Plant's Operating Results Recognised by the Panjin Municipal Government

Recently, Sun Guoxiang, mayor of Panjin City, and his delegation carried out a research visit to the Liaohe Lubricant Plant to gain a detailed understanding of the plant's production and operating situation. At the exchange meeting, Sun Guoxiang fully affirmed the achievements the Liaohe Lubricant Plant has made over the years and discussed with the plant's leadership team countermeasures for dealing with the current financial crisis.

In the plant's administrative meeting room, Sun Guoxiang and his delegation first heard a report from Plant Director Zhang Qinghai on the enterprise's production and operating situation and its development, and then held cordial exchanges with the plant's leadership team. In the talks, Sun Guoxiang gained an in-depth understanding of the plant's production process, operating conditions and market sales situation, and affirmed the achievements the Liaohe Lubricant Plant has made over the years and its contribution to the region's economic development. He encouraged everyone to work with one heart to overcome the current economic difficulties and to respond actively in pursuit of development. At the same time, he said that the municipal government will, as always, provide support for the sound and rapid development of the Liaohe Lubricant Plant.
