Lanzhou Petrochemical's Grease and Related Businesses Formally Transferred to Lubricant Company

Under the guidance of the group company and with the strong support of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, the integration of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company's grease and related businesses was carried out and transferred in its entirety to Lubricant Company, and the signing ceremony for the Overall Transfer Agreement was held on April 28 at the Lanyuan Jianguo Hotel in Lanzhou. This marks the transfer to Lubricant Company of the assets and personnel of the Lanzhou Petrochemical Company Grease Plant and Lanzhou Lanlian Huanghe High-Grade Lubricant Co., Ltd. in accordance with the principle of a one-off transfer as an organizational unit.

On behalf of Lubricant Company, Vice General Manager Gong Weijun expressed sincere thanks to the leaders of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company who made efforts and contributions for this work, and extended a warm welcome to the cadres and employees being transferred into Lubricant Company this time. In his speech, Gong Weijun pointed out that the integration of grease and related businesses by the group company and the joint stock company conforms to the development strategy of "five unifications and one centralisation" for the lubricant business, helps give full play to advantages in resources, technology, talent and brand, and helps promote the coordinated development of the lubricant business as a whole; the company must, in accordance with the requirements of the group company, actively coordinate and cooperate closely with Lanzhou Petrochemical Company and organize things rigorously to ensure the smooth implementation of the integration work, ensure the normal conduct of production and operations and ensure the stability of the workforce.
Regarding the management of grease and related businesses after they are transferred into Lubricant Company, Gong Weijun stressed in his speech that the company will, in accordance with the requirements of the group company and the joint stock company, and with the goals of advancing specialised management, further giving play to advantages in resources, technology, talent and brand, improving core competitiveness and maximising overall benefits, carry out further integration of the related businesses. Lubricant Company will set up a dedicated working group to conduct in-depth and meticulous investigation and research, listen extensively to opinions from all sides, actively and steadily formulate and implement an integration plan, promptly discover and resolve various new signs, new problems and new contradictions, strengthen leadership, ensure smooth information communication, ensure the normal conduct of production and operations and ensure the stability of the workforce.
At the signing ceremony for the overall transfer, Lanzhou Petrochemical Company Vice General Manager Jiang Shangjun spoke on behalf of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company. Jiang Shangjun said that in order to achieve the "three ensures" work requirements put forward by the group company and the joint stock company, Lanzhou Petrochemical Company will as always give strong support to Lubricant Company's units in Lanzhou, especially the units newly transferred into Lubricant Company this time, in areas such as the supply of raw and auxiliary materials, materials procurement, energy and power, and employee welfare, creating good conditions for production and operations and for employees' lives and jointly achieving the integration goals put forward by the group company and the joint stock company.
