Kunlun Star Diesel Exhaust Purification Fluid Obtains CGT Certification

Recently, Kunlun Star diesel exhaust purification fluid, developed and produced by Kunlun Lubricants, obtained the CGT certification certificate issued by the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association, making it one of 22 enterprises nationwide that have passed this certification.
In order to guarantee market demand, Kunlun Lubricants formulated a development plan for diesel exhaust purification fluid after scientific and rigorous market research. From March 2016, Kunlun Lubricants began certification work; in August of that year the CGT expert review panel visited the PetroChina Lanzhou Lubricant Plant and carried out a detailed audit of the diesel exhaust purification fluid production site. The expert panel unanimously agreed that the PetroChina Lanzhou Lubricant Plant fully met CGT's stringent management requirements in the production, storage, transport and sale of diesel exhaust purification fluid, and issued a CGT certification certificate to Kunlun Lubricants.
The CGT certification initiated by the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association is a certification system specifically targeting quality management of automotive diesel exhaust purification fluid products. It requires enterprises producing automotive urea aqueous solution products to manage production, storage, transport and sales in strict compliance with the "Technical Specification for Automotive Urea Solution" and the "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Manufacturing Conditions and Product Quality of Urea Aqueous Solution as Diesel Engine Nitrogen Oxide Reductant". For qualifying manufacturers, the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association authorizes the printing and use of the "CGT" mark.
It is understood that the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association plans to build the CGT certification into one of the world's three major urea aqueous solution quality certification systems, on a par with the VDA certification of the German Association of the Automotive Industry and the DEF certification of the American Petroleum Institute.
