In 2015, starting from market demand and taking into account the technical equipment conditions of different industries, the company's research work continuously developed new products and improved and perfected product performance, and 17 research results were industrially commercialized.
KLD1000 high-performance tyre-band lubricating oil for the cement industry is mainly suitable for lubricating the tyre bands of large machinery such as rotary kilns in cement gear pairs and in the mining and chemical industries, where working conditions are harsh. Petro45X(FE) transformer oil developed for the power industry conforms to the IEC60296 standard and also satisfies the special gassing resistance requirements of Wuhan Huacheng. KCH150 and KCH220 hydrocarbon gas compressor oils and KCH460 cylinder lubricating oil for reciprocating natural gas compressors, developed for oil and gas field extraction equipment, have been industrially commercialized, enriching the compressor oil product line; the latter is mainly suitable for the cylinders of high-pressure reciprocating natural gas compressors such as Ariel, Dresser-Rand and Cooper. To meet the OEM product upgrading needs of Chongqing Qingshan, Zoomlion and Chery Automobile, the company developed DCTF-7 dual-clutch transmission lubricant, a premium anti-wear hydraulic oil specially for concrete delivery pumps (third generation), a lubricant specially for Chery's 6-speed automatic transmission (C6AT-15) and K8-22 hydraulic transmission oil respectively, successfully completing industrial tests and providing technical support for business cooperation. High-power-density engine oil 0W-40 and L-HV46/D and L-HS22/D high-pressure anti-wear hydraulic oils, developed in close cooperation with the armed forces, met the needs of a new generation of military equipment.
The successful industrial trials of concentrate for automotive windshield washer fluid, light-load coolant and its liquid complex additive made production more convenient and reduced production and transport costs. RHY318 triphenyl thiophosphate extreme-pressure anti-wear additive is an extreme-pressure anti-wear additive developed by the Lanzhou R&D Center to meet the needs of refrigeration oil, and it is also the company's first product to complete industrial testing with the help of external resources; all its performance indicators reach the level of the equivalent foreign product, BASF's TPPT. Its successful industrial commercialization can provide the oil business with a low-cost, high-quality additive product and contribute to the company's cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
The successful industrial commercialization of new products has continuously enriched the company's product line and realized the support of research results for the company's main business.
