On October 27, the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee held a meeting to review the Opinions on Several Policy Measures for Further Promoting New Breakthroughs in the Comprehensive Revitalization of Northeast China in the New Era. Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, presided over the meeting. The meeting pointed out that promoting the revitalization of Northeast China is a major strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee. Northeast China has relatively favorable resource conditions, a fairly solid industrial foundation, unique geographical advantages and enormous development potential, and holds an important strategic position in the overall development of the country.

Going deep into the market and refining products to support farmers and production
In the October that has just passed, the land of Northeast China presented a busy autumn harvest scene, with all kinds of modern agricultural machinery shuttling back and forth across the golden fields. The grain was plump, and the farmers welcomed another bumper harvest year.
Agricultural machinery is an important tool for the development of modern agriculture. Kunlun Lubrication went deep into the working conditions in which agricultural machinery products are used, learned about farmers' demand for lubricating products through visits, optimized and adjusted product parameters in response to the different requirements of domestic and imported equipment for lubricating products, and enriched and improved its product line. Innovating models and promoting assistance through multiple channels
In order to guarantee the normal conduct of agricultural production activities, Kunlun Lubrication actively organized agricultural machinery oil promotion activities, improved oil services, innovated marketing models, carried out activities to help and benefit farmers through multiple channels, implemented the policies of helping and benefiting farmers, and provided lubricating technical support for the development of modern agriculture.
Kunlun Lubrication's Daqing Branch carried out its hand-to-hand delivery-to-the-countryside service.
Faced with problems such as farmers in remote areas lacking knowledge about agricultural machinery oil and finding it difficult to change their oil, Kunlun Lubrication's Daqing Branch precisely positioned itself in the agricultural machinery market, created a 1+1+2+N+service development model, and proactively made contact and actively promoted the delivery of agricultural machinery oil to the countryside. It continued to carry out the hand-to-hand marketing service in the countryside to solve the difficulty farmers in remote areas had in changing oil; it regularly carried out all kinds of training covering distributors and their sales personnel, agricultural machinery cooperatives, terminal repair shops, large-scale farmers and other broad groups, reversing the situation in which agricultural machinery users in the region knew very little about equipment maintenance and lubricating oil products; and it compiled and distributed the Kunlun Agricultural Machinery Lubricating Oil Product Manual, whose contents covered 335 models of domestic and imported agricultural machinery equipment and precisely matched the corresponding Kunlun agricultural machinery products, providing 24-hour product service support to 119 customer groups in 210 townships.
In response to the narrow purchasing channels available to farmer users and their untimely receipt of preferential policies and market information, Kunlun Lubrication innovated its marketing model and explored new tracks. Riding on internet plus livestream marketing, it cooperated in livestream sales with the Kuaishou top host Niu Zong Talks About Agricultural Machinery, who has 1.3 million followers; on the basis of traditional orders it improved the livestream plan design and the shipping process to form an online marketing service system, completing a cumulative 936 transactions and selling 21.36 tons of high-end agricultural machinery special oil. It also officially joined the e-commerce service platform of the Beidahuang Group in Heilongjiang Province, providing online oil guidance and product specification introductions, publishing corresponding policies to benefit farmers, and expanding the channels through which farmer users can purchase oil products.
Through a number of innovative measures, during the spring plowing period in the first half of the year, the agricultural machinery project team of Kunlun Lubrication's Daqing Branch traveled more than 5,700 kilometers and sold 887 tons of diesel engine oil, including 183 tons of high-end agricultural machinery special oil.

Donating for disaster relief and practicing the social responsibility of a state-owned enterprise

Kunlun Lubrication's Daqing Branch donated agricultural machinery special oil free of charge to Dongsheng Village, a severely disaster-hit village in Wuchang City, Heilongjiang.
At the end of July 2023, affected by Typhoon Doksuri, Wuchang City in Heilongjiang, known for Wuchang rice, suffered continuous rainfall; the torrential rain triggered floods that submerged large areas of rice crops, causing serious economic losses to local farmers. As an important local state-owned enterprise, Kunlun Lubrication's Daqing Branch always took resource guarantee during the resumption of work and production and post-disaster reconstruction in Heilongjiang as its primary task; it contacted agricultural machinery oil distributors at the first opportunity, donated CF-4 15W-40 agricultural machinery special oil free of charge to the severely affected Dongsheng Village, and assigned professional staff from the agricultural machinery working group to deliver the agricultural machinery special oil products to Dongsheng Village, helping the grain barn with disaster relief and the resumption of production.
The Daqing Branch's active donation behavior attracted the attention of the Harbin Municipal Government's special working group and won unanimous praise and recognition from the local people. After comparing similar products of different brands, the Harbin Municipal Government finally decided to purchase large quantities of Kunlun agricultural machinery special CF-4 15W-40 products for the post-disaster production recovery work in Dongsheng Village.
