Company Launches Rectification of Problems Identified by Central Inspection

On July 22, the discipline inspection group and the supervision department of the group company held a video conference to deploy the verification of cases transferred by the central inspection group, reporting the overall situation of the cases transferred by the central inspection group and deploying the work plan for rectifying the problems identified in the central inspection. Xu Jiming, member of the leading Party group and head of the discipline inspection group of the group company, gave instructions, requiring all units to launch the special verification work in full according to the plan.
In accordance with the requirements of the notice of the leading Party group of the group company on printing and distributing the 'Plan for Rectifying the Problems Identified in Central Inspection Feedback', the company's Party committee attached great importance to the matter and on July 23 held a special meeting of Party committee members, which discussed and approved the 'Work Plan of the Lubricant Company for Comprehensively Advancing Rectification of Problems Identified in Central Inspection Feedback' and submitted it to the group company. The meeting studied and deployed the company's plan for rectifying the problems identified in central inspection feedback and set up the 'Lubricant Company Leading Group for Rectification of Inspection Problems', headed by Xu Yuanke, secretary of the company's Party committee, with Jiang Weihua, the general manager's assistant, as deputy head, and the heads of the General Manager's Office, the Personnel Division, the Audit and Supervision Division and the Party and Mass Work Division as members.
In accordance with the group company's requirement to 'match each item to its place, one by one, so that every matter is settled and every item receives a reply', the working group drew up near-term and long-term goals according to the company's actual situation. Following the working principle of 'adhering to a problem orientation and drawing inferences from one instance', the rectification work focuses on the following aspects:
First, in strengthening Party building, efforts are focused on solving prominent problems such as lax governance of the Party and weak implementation of primary responsibility. Second, on the selection and appointment of personnel, efforts are focused on solving problems such as unhealthy practices in selection and appointment, irregular implementation of procedures and lax supervision and management. Third, relevant business management systems are to be reviewed, focusing on checking whether each system is sound, whether management in all areas is in place and whether corruption risk points have been reviewed comprehensively. Fourth, on the implementation of the central 'eight-point regulation' and the group company's twenty articles, supervision and inspection of the implementation of the company's related systems is to be further strengthened. Fifth, on violations of financial discipline, the company will form inspection teams to inspect the head office and its subordinate units, focusing on problems such as irregular payment of allowances and subsidies, shopping cards and travel at public expense. Sixth, spot checks will be carried out on the implementation of the company's 'three important and one large' policy by all units, focusing on whether leading personnel abuse power for personal gain and whether there is improper transfer of benefits in bidding, procurement and other business processes.
