Lubricant Company Holds a Meeting to Review the Quick Oil Change Stage Promotion and Discuss Future Work

Lubricant Company's meeting to review the stage promotion for quick oil change and to discuss related work was held in Daqing recently. Those attending the meeting included the company's quick oil change project team, the personnel department and the finance department, as well as leaders of some production plants and sales branches and persons in charge of quick oil change stations.
At the meeting, Chen Jun, director of the company's quick oil change project team, gave a report entitled "Summarise Practice, Optimise and Improve, and Firmly Open Up New Channels for Selling Kunlun High-Grade Gasoline Engine Oils," in which he gave a detailed review and summary of the project team's work progress since its establishment and of the stage market promotion, and made a careful analysis of the operating situation of the oil change stations in formal operation. By comparing item by item the composition of main business revenue, the returns of each project, total unit price, cost per vehicle and total gross margin of each station in the fourth quarter of 2008 and the first quarter of 2009, he summarised the main problems currently existing in the quick oil change station project and at the same time made targeted and specific arrangements for the next stage of work.
The station managers and customer service representatives of the Daqing No. 2 Plant, the Northwest Sales Branch and the North China Sales Branch gave typical presentations and exchanged experience. The company's management departments put forward related management opinions on the implementation of remuneration, expenses and subsequent market development. Jiang Weihua, director of the personnel department, put forward highly instructive and directional suggestions on the forms of employment of grassroots units and the building of grassroots teams and organizations. Han Yonghao, director of the finance department, focused on the importance of the financial work process for the quick oil change project and gave specific and feasible opinions on the financial work of grassroots units.

After the meeting, all the delegates went to the Dongfeng Xincun quick oil change station in the center of Daqing City for on-site observation, and after the observation held enthusiastic exchanges and discussions. The presidents of six car clubs — Daqing Mazda, Camry, Besturn, Wind Team and others — were invited to attend the meeting and made presentations and exchanges. The car club representatives reviewed the pleasant course of cooperation and exchange with the Daqing quick oil change station, expressed their recognition of the station's considerate, meticulous and standardised service and advanced management philosophy, as well as the superb professional skills and business quality of the station's employees, and put forward suggestions for improving the operation of the quick oil change station project.
Delegates at the meeting spoke one after another about their feelings and impressions, raised the difficulties encountered in specific work and the problems urgently needing resolution, made careful plans for their respective future directions of effort, and said they would take back to their own units the aspects of the Daqing station worth learning from and drawing on. The project team called on everyone to work with one heart and forge ahead to jointly advance the growth and development of the company's quick oil change project.
