Vice General Manager Luo Guiru Leads a Delegation to China Petroleum Offshore Engineering for Exchange

In order to further consolidate and develop the in-system oil market, Luo Guiru, vice general manager of Lubricant Company, recently led a delegation to China National Petroleum Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd. for an exchange.
China National Petroleum Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd. is an offshore oil engineering technology service company whose business covers offshore oil drilling, cementing, downhole operations, well testing and production testing, and many other fields. The company operates advanced equipment, uses a relatively wide variety of lubricating oils and maintains a high standard of oil use, with a lubricant application mix different from that of other oilfields and refining and chemical businesses within the system. Therefore, carrying out timely business cooperation with the offshore engineering company is of great significance for Lubricant Company in further expanding its market share and opening up the in-system oil market.
The exchange meeting first heard Lubricant Company's introductions on its development overview, the research and development of marine oils and their supporting oils, the oil requirements of offshore platforms and the formulation of overall lubrication solutions for lubricants within the system. The offshore engineering company also gave a detailed presentation and introduction of the equipment situation on its main platforms in use and under construction.
At the exchange meeting, Vice General Manager Luo Guiru gave a summary introduction to the basic thinking behind cooperation between the two sides and the focus of future work. He said that cooperation between Lubricant Company and the offshore engineering company needed to explore an entirely new approach and should focus on bringing the offshore engineering company's equipment lubrication solution to the new height of internationally advanced standards; the overall lubrication solution, corporate oil training plan and technical service plans to be formulated should be forward-looking. In the process of formulating the overall lubrication solution for the offshore engineering company, Lubricant Company should give prominence to technology first and be scientific and reasonable, and in specific work should achieve comprehensive service.
Peng Fei, vice general manager of the offshore engineering company, said that as an enterprise within the CNPC system, it has an inescapable responsibility for the application of Kunlun lubricant products; the offshore engineering company will complete the organization and implementation of the plan within a short period, make good preparations in terms of equipment and personnel, and actively provide every condition for Lubricant Company's technical personnel to provide on-site service.
At the exchange meeting, the two sides also held consultations and established a working group on the lubrication solution for offshore oil lubricant products, and drew up a timetable for the work of both sides, laying a good foundation for further cooperation between them.
