Kunlun FSC Campus Tour | Qinzhou University FLYERS Team

On September 19 in Guangxi, the afternoon sky over Qinzhou University was deep blue, clear and wide, the tall backdrop board stood neatly in the middle of the square, and through the crisp autumn air a dense crowd of people could be made out – the quiet campus was brewing a surge of excitement. Nearly 100 people gathered here for one important event: the Kunlun Lubricants Cup Formula Student China campus tour, together with the launch and send-off ceremony of the new formula car of Qinzhou University's FLYERS team.
Huang Hu, Vice President of Qinzhou University; Shen Ke, Deputy Secretary-General of the Society of Automotive Engineers of China, Deputy Secretary-General of the FSC Organizing Committee and President of Auto Fan magazine; and representatives of Kunlun Lubricants and other leaders attended the event.

Huang Hu, Vice President of Qinzhou University, gave full recognition and high praise to the university's FLYERS team, saying: "Qinzhou University is the first university student formula team in the Beibu Gulf region, and I believe that the founding of the team will leave a valuable mark in the annals of both Qinzhou University and the Beibu Gulf. The enterprising spirit of all team members working with one heart will become the spiritual force behind the team's future development, and I am confident that in October this team will achieve outstanding results and win glory for its alma mater!"
Shen Ke, Deputy Secretary-General of the Society of Automotive Engineers of China, Deputy Secretary-General of the FSC Organizing Committee and President of Auto Fan magazine, stressed in his speech that "building an innovative country and cultivating a craftsmanship spirit both call for a change in education models. As an educational and training project, Formula Student China is an important training platform for China's automotive elite talent and is known as the 'cradle of Chinese automotive engineers', enjoying a high reputation in the industry. The Organizing Committee hopes that FSC will serve as a practice-oriented education platform for accumulating engineering experience, promoting interest-guided learning and focusing on capacity building."

Since its first edition in 2010, FSC has become an important platform for promoting automotive culture, cultivating industry elites and enhancing exchanges among universities, and has won unanimous recognition from society and the industry. The campus tour held before each year's competition also plays an active role in publicizing FSC, spreading automotive culture while giving students a fuller understanding of FSC and of building racing cars.
As an important platform for cultivating China's automotive elite talent, Formula Student China plays a significant role in driving the rapid development of China's auto industry.
