Kunlun Lubricant Chengdu Plant Successfully Passes On-Site Audit by Sichuan Hyundai Motor Co., Ltd.

On January 22, a five-member delegation of South Korean representatives from Sichuan Hyundai Motor Co., Ltd., accompanied by staff of the Southwest Sales Branch, carried out an on-site audit of the Chengdu Plant. This was the second time Sichuan Hyundai had carried out an on-site supplier audit of the Chengdu Plant.
The Chengdu Plant attached great importance to this audit. The plant's leadership organized three meetings in succession, working through the checklist to set out detailed work requirements and arrangements, clarifying the division of labour and assigning responsibility to individuals. At the same time, the Quality, Safety and Environmental Protection Department organized two rounds of self-inspection and self-correction to ensure that all work was effectively implemented.
Strictly following the standard requirements of the 'Engineering Inspection Checklist', the Sichuan Hyundai audit team carried out a detailed evaluation of the Chengdu Plant in five areas: material management, the quality system, engineering management, inspection matters and product management. This covered more than 20 specific items, including management of raw materials (base oils, additives and packaging materials), quality objectives, production processes, the quality management system, laboratory operation, packaging processes and warehousing and dispatch. During the audit, the relevant staff of the Chengdu Plant were able to provide the relevant documents and physical objects on site promptly and accurately to answer the audit team's questions. In the end the Chengdu Plant passed the audit smoothly, with an audit conclusion of 'Excellent'.
This audit deepened Sichuan Hyundai's trust in the quality of Kunlun Lubricant and also laid the foundation for long-term sound cooperation between the two sides. (Reported by Zhang Lei, Chengdu Plant)
