น้ำมันเครื่องมอเตอร์ไซค์ In order to thoroughly implement Lubricant Company's work deployment on "controlling expenses, reducing costs and raising efficiency" and to solve the problem of missing drums when plastic drums are packed into cartons on the 4-liter fully automatic production line, a missing-drum detection device developed by the technical personnel of the Dalian Plant itself has recently been put into operation.
The new instrument being commissioned
In past production, the 4-liter fully automatic filling production line would occasionally produce cases of missing drums. Once the problem of a missing drum was not discovered in time and the product flowed into the market, it would cause an adverse impact on the Dalian Plant and the Kunlun brand. To avoid this, a dedicated person could be assigned to check whether drums were missing, or a Mettler-Toledo deadweight checkweigher could be used, with a single Mettler-Toledo checkweigher costing as much as more than 40,000 yuan. To address this problem, technicians at the Dalian Plant used photoelectric sensors, relays and audible-visual alarms to design an entirely new detection device. The equipment is easy to operate, safe and reliable and balanced in operation; it effectively solves the problem of missing drums in the cartoning process while also greatly reducing costs — from design and assembly to being put into use, the total cost was less than 1,000 yuan.
