น้ำมันเครื่องมอเตอร์ไซค์ On March 16, Lubricant Company held a video mobilisation meeting to make arrangements for carrying out in-depth study and practice of the Scientific Outlook on Development. Liao Guoqin, general manager and deputy secretary of the Party committee of the company, chaired the meeting. About 450 people from the company's leadership, headquarters and grassroots units attended the meeting at the main venue and 21 sub-venues.

At the meeting, Xu Yuanke, secretary of the Party committee of Lubricant Company and head of the leading group for the in-depth study and practice of the Scientific Outlook on Development, gave a mobilisation speech on the study and practice of the Scientific Outlook on Development. Xu Yuanke pointed out that the in-depth study and practice of the Scientific Outlook on Development is an important current political task and an urgent need for Lubricant Company to seize development opportunities, respond to market challenges, deepen Party building work and strengthen its work style.
Xu Yuanke required that in carrying out the in-depth study and practice of the Scientific Outlook on Development, organizational leadership must be strengthened and implementation grasped at every level; the role of the Party committees at the two levels and of grassroots Party branches must be given full play to form a working pattern of "one level grasping one level, one level leading one level, and implementation being grasped at every level," ensuring that the study and practice activities are organized and implemented in strict accordance with the requirements of the central authorities; a realistic and pragmatic approach must be maintained and correct guidance emphasised; in carrying out the study and practice activities, efforts must be devoted to linking practice with reality and seeking practical results; and leading cadres must take the lead and play an exemplary role. Leading cadres at all levels, especially the principal responsible comrades of Party and government bodies, must set an example, take the lead by personal example and, through their own exemplary actions, lead and guide all Party members to take an active part in the study and practice activities.
Xu Yuanke stressed the need to deeply comprehend the spiritual essence and scientific connotations of the Scientific Outlook on Development and, with a high sense of political responsibility and a rigorous work style, to carry out the study and practice activities thoroughly and solidly, further raise the level of Lubricant Company's Party building work, strive to complete all work targets and make new and greater contributions to realising the sustained, stable and coordinated development of the lubricant business, welcoming the 60th anniversary of the founding of New China with outstanding achievements.
Zhang Hong, head of the third guidance and inspection group for study and practice activities of the Party committee directly under the group company, and its member Qin Gang attended the meeting, and Zhang Hong gave an important speech. He fully affirmed the company's preparatory work in the previous stage and put forward requirements in three areas for future work: first, to earnestly implement the relevant spirit of the central authorities and firmly grasp the correct direction of the study and practice activities; second, to raise ideological understanding, highlight distinctive features and seek practical results; and third, to strengthen leadership, arrange things carefully and organize them meticulously to ensure that the study and practice activities advance healthily and smoothly.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Liao Guoqin put forward three requirements on how to implement the spirit of the meeting: first, to raise ideological understanding; second, to ensure implementation; and third, to take all factors into consideration. Company Vice General Managers Gong Weijun and Luo Guiru, Chief Accountant Yu Wenkui and others attended the meeting.
