Kunlun Opens Quick Oil Change Stations to Promote Premium Engine Oils

On 6 November, two Kunlun quick oil change stations in Anning and Xigu in Lanzhou, Gansu Province, officially opened.
To implement China National Petroleum Corporation's requirements for further improving the lubricant sales structure, increasing the sales proportion and market share of premium engine oils and enhancing the profitability and overall competitiveness of the lubricant business, the Northwest Lubricant Sales Branch of PetroChina Lubricant Company conducted extensive and meticulous market research starting with the site selection for the Kunlun quick oil change stations, and, after thorough planning and construction, completed the stations to a high standard and from a high starting point.
Since opening, the two Kunlun quick oil change stations have attracted many customers with their clean, tidy environment, thoughtful and fast service, complete and advanced facilities, reasonable prices and standardized operating procedures. Many customers applied on the spot for a Kunlun quick oil change service membership card.
To broaden their reach and improve service quality, the two stations each distributed 500 promotional flyers to customers, giving detailed answers to and recording customers' questions, and also handed out market survey forms for prospective customer information, actively soliciting customers' opinions and suggestions.
It is understood that during the 11th Five-Year Plan period, PetroChina Lubricant Company will build 170 Kunlun quick oil change stations in 20 cities nationwide, mainly handling the cleaning and oil changing of vehicle lubrication, fuel and cooling systems, and also covering services such as detailing, minor repairs and four-wheel alignment.
