The vessel "Hangjun 4008" is an engineering vessel under Sinopec Zhonghai Marine Fuel Company. The ship is 129 metres long, 18 metres wide and has a draught of 5.8 metres; it is currently one of the older 10,000-tonne-class port dredging vessels in China. This time the "Hangjun 4008" berthed at the Shenhua terminal in Huanghua Port, Hebei Province, and previously the whole vessel used related oil products of another brand. However, that brand's oil supply conditions for the "Hangjun 4008" had not fully satisfied the customer, so Kunlun Lubricants staff seized the opportunity, actively established communication with the customer and made proactive visits; ultimately Kunlun Lubricants won recognition from Zhonghai Marine Fuel Company with superior product quality and excellent oil supply service. The smooth supply of Kunlun Lubricants products this time marks a breakthrough in the application of Kunlun marine oil in a new field, and Kunlun marine oil has taken another big step forward in developing coastal outlets.
Patience brings its reward as the brand builds a port market
In order to gain an in-depth understanding of the vessel's requirements and demand for oil quality, Kunlun Lubricants communicated with Sinopec Zhonghai Fuel Company many times to learn about and track the vessel's movements in good time. Kunlun Lubricants staff actively confirmed the time the "Hangjun 4008" would arrive at the Huanghua terminal in Hebei and held close and detailed discussions with the shipowner, working hard to fulfil service commitments and making clear that, on the premise of guaranteeing oil quality, the oil would be supplied on time. Behind this successful "pass" lay more than 60 days of unremitting effort by Kunlun people at every level.
Meticulous arrangements ensure timely delivery of quality oil
In order to complete this oil supply task on time and with guaranteed quality and quantity, the relevant departments of Kunlun Lubricants actively made arrangements, contacting the vessel in advance and learning in detail about the ship's port entry and exit times, berthing position, oil supply time and related requirements. Owing to the special nature of this engineering vessel, the port required that the supplied goods arrive first and be inspected and confirmed by on-site personnel before the vessel could be allowed to enter port and berth. Given the tight schedule, Kunlun Lubricants coordinated actively and completed the production and dispatch work for the oil in advance. It also specifically requested that the goods be delivered early, so as to ensure that all related work and every link in the oil supply process could proceed effectively and to guarantee the smooth progress of subsequent goods inspection, port filing, port entry coordination and supply work.

This task received great attention from relevant leaders of Kunlun Lubricants. Although the task was urgent, production was arranged immediately after the order was received, with multiple measures taken and a road transport and oil supply guarantee plan drawn up; working overtime, the team completed production, stock preparation and loading in only 20 hours, and carried out strict and meticulous checks on oil quality and the oil tanker to ensure smooth vehicle operation and that the oil quality was beyond any doubt.
To ensure that the logistics reached the destination safely, smoothly and on time, Kunlun Lubricants staff monitored the oil's movement track at all times, followed up on logistics conditions and maintained tracking service throughout. Thanks to the efforts of the personnel involved, the oil tanker pressed on without stopping and arrived at the rendezvous point in Huanghua, Hebei on time.
