K6E Long-Life Hydraulic Transmission Fluid Application Case for Construction Machinery

K6E long-life hydraulic transmission fluid for construction machinery is formulated with mineral oil, hydrogenated oil, semi-synthetic or synthetic base oils, combined with a variety of additives. It meets the GMDEXRON III specification and the Q/SYRH2257-2011 standard for hydraulic transmission fluids used in construction machinery, representing an internationally advanced technical level.

At the end of 2008, leaders from China National Petroleum Corporation's Lubricants Company and Shandong Lingong reached a strategic cooperation agreement and engaged in in-depth technical exchanges. Lingong strengthened its lubrication management, recognizing that effective lubrication can protect machinery and generate economic benefits. In response to the current status of lubricant use in construction machinery, Lingong proposed two requirements: (1) develop higher-performance hydraulic transmission fluids to extend service life, while also providing suitable products for newly developed ZF transmissions; and (2) enhance lubrication management by conducting monitoring tests on hydraulic and hydraulic transmission fluids in Lingong construction machinery, establishing rational guidelines for oil selection and change intervals. Based on test results, CNPC Lubricants will recommend appropriate lubricants and optimal oil change periods for Lingong, and subsequently compile a comprehensive guidebook for transmission fluids in construction machinery to provide users with effective operational guidance.

This product was tested in LG953 loaders manufactured by Lingong in Linyi, Shandong. Test results showed stable performance throughout the evaluation period, with an oil change interval of approximately 1,500 hours.
