Kunlun Lubricants and Yutong Bus Upgrade Their Cooperation

Yutong Bus and Kunlun Lubricants have cooperated for 10 years, forming an important strategic partnership. Not long ago, in order to meet the usage standards for extremely cold regions and for vehicles exported to Europe, Yutong Bus was the first to choose Kunlun L-HS22/D high-pressure anti-wear hydraulic oil to replace traditional ATF automatic transmission fluid, and Kunlun Lubricants' products have also gone abroad together with Yutong buses.
As the largest bus OEM in China and indeed in the world, Yutong Bus holds an absolutely leading position in China in terms of technological advancement and market sales. In 2016 the domestic bus industry declined overall, but with quality products and scientific management Yutong Bus bucked the trend and set a new high in operating performance, with full-year vehicle sales exceeding 70,000 units. The share of the 23 lubricant factory-fill oil products that Kunlun Lubricants supplies to Yutong Bus also rose to 95%, setting a new record.

In 2016, Yutong Bus's export models were required to meet the Euro VI emission standard, while the high-grade diesel engine oil of a foreign brand, CJ-4 0W/30, had been specified in the original design. Through research and analysis by Kunlun Lubricants' technical experts on the climate characteristics of the European regions to which the vehicles were exported, CJ-4 5W/40, which meets the technical indicator requirements and offers better value for money, was recommended and selected. In order to meet the usage standards for extremely cold regions and for vehicles exported to Europe, Yutong Bus was the first to choose Kunlun L-HS22/D high-pressure anti-wear hydraulic oil to replace traditional ATF automatic transmission fluid, and in October it supplied the aftermarket of Yutong Bus with a 1 L "private customization" L-HS22/D product, which will appear in Yutong after-sales service outlets at home and abroad.
