Xu Yuanke Conducts Research Visit at the Northeast Lubricant Sales Branch

On January 16, company Party secretary Xu Yuanke visited the Northeast Lubricant Sales Branch for research, holding a discussion with cadres at or above the deputy section chief level and extensively hearing their opinions and suggestions on the company's leadership team and head office.
Xu Yuanke pointed out that this research visit was for the company to solicit opinions from everyone in order to hold a good democratic life meeting for the leadership team. He encouraged everyone to set aside their concerns, talk less about achievements and more about problems, and offer suggestions actively.

The attending comrades, each in light of their own work, expressed opinions and suggestions in a realistic manner regarding the company's leadership team's understanding of grassroots opinions and guidance of grassroots work, and the efficiency of the company's head office.
Xu Yuanke listened carefully to everyone's opinions. He said that, with a highly responsible attitude toward the company's development and the building of the leadership team, everyone had put forward many valuable opinions and suggestions, some of which were very good and needed to be studied by the company. Xu Yuanke said that fully soliciting employees' opinions is the precondition for the company's decision-making. We must be good at discovering and solving problems in our work, and the company's leadership team has the responsibility to do its work well in accordance with the requirements of higher levels and the expectations of the broad ranks of employees, so that employees feel that dedication and contribution to the enterprise are honorable and worthwhile.
Xu Yuanke fully affirmed the work of the Northeast Branch's leadership team and the morale of its employees, and encouraged everyone to make further efforts for the company's development.
More than 20 people, including members of the branch leadership team and cadres at or above the deputy section chief level, attended the discussion.
