Kunlun Establishes Rapid Oil Change Station to Promote High-End Diesel Engine Oil

On November 6th, two Kunlun rapid oil change stations located in Anning and Xigu districts of Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, officially opened for business.

In order to implement the requirements of China National Petroleum Corporation regarding further improving the sales structure of lubricants, increasing the sales proportion and market share of high-end internal combustion engine oils, and enhancing the profitability and comprehensive competitiveness of the lubricant business, the Northwest Lubricant Sales Branch of China Petroleum Lubricants Company began extensive and meticulous market research from the station site selection, and after careful planning and construction, completed the construction of the oil change stations with high standards and starting points.

After the opening of the two Kunlun rapid oil change stations, with clean and tidy environments, thoughtful and efficient services, complete and advanced facilities, reasonable charging prices, and standardized operation procedures, many customers were attracted. Many customers immediately applied for the Kunlun rapid oil change service membership cards.

To expand influence and improve service quality, the two stations respectively distributed 500 promotional leaflets to customers, provided detailed answers and records for the questions raised by customers, and also distributed potential customer information market survey forms to customers, actively soliciting opinions and suggestions from customers.

It is reported that during the "11th Five-Year Plan" period, China Petroleum Lubricants Company will build 170 Kunlun rapid oil change stations in 20 cities across the country, mainly responsible for cleaning and oil replacement of the lubrication system, fuel system, and cooling system of vehicles, as well as services such as beauty care, minor repairs, and four-wheel alignment.
