Company Holds Training on Rules and Regulations Management

On April 3, the company organized internal rules and regulations management training by video conference. The purpose was to effectively improve all employees' understanding of the company's systems and rules, promote better enforcement and form a standardized and efficient production and operating management order.
This training was the first session of the company's internal rules and regulations training. The company's Enterprise Management and Legal Affairs Division, in light of the actual state of rule management, gave an in-depth, systematic explanation of the value of rule management, the paths and methods of rule management, the relationship between rules and strategy and culture, the main problems affecting the effectiveness of rule management, and the procedures and content of the company's rules and regulations management, giving everyone in the company a clearer understanding of the importance of rule management. The training effectively raised participants' awareness of rule management, promoted the company's use of rule management as a lever to form a standardized and efficient production and operating management order, and strengthened the confidence of all staff in achieving sustainable development with quality and profitability.
