Scope of Application
Suitable for multi water working conditions such as steel mills and ships, as well as for heavy-duty industrial gear combinations and other gears that cause vibration loads. For ordinary loads, it is more conducive to extending its service life.
Applications
1.Applied in gear boxes in Shougang Jingtang Hot Rolling 1580/Hot Rolling 2250/Cold Rolling 2230 Thin Oil Lubrication System, Cold Rolling 1700 Galvanizing Line Far Coil Car Reducer/Furnace Area Reducer and Online Gear Motor, Uncoiler, Coiler, Roller Coating Machine and Export Coil Transport Car Gearbox, Furnace Area Turning Roller and Guide Roller Bearing is the initial oil installation for the entire three cold rolling line;
2.Applied in gear boxes of Baosteel's 1730 cold rolling/1420 cold rolling/1550 continuous unwinding machine, 1730 leveling machine, water quenched gear boxes for steel pipe and strip production lines, and 2030 straightening machine reducers;
3.Applied in gearboxes of equipment such as Tianjin Steel Pipe 168, 250, 258, and ASSEL hot rolling lines;
4.Applied in gearboxes of enterprises such as Liugang, Pangang, Jiulong Paper, Zhengzhou Hope Aluminum, etc.

Execute standard NB/SH/T 0164 of packing, mark, transportation, storage and final acceptance.

- The product must be labeled clearly and properly during the entire transportation process to prevent confusion with other kinds of petroleum product.
- The product must be stored in dedicated storage tanks/equipment and recommended to be stored in an indoor and controlled environment.
- The storage tank/equipment must be waterproof, moisture-proof, and free from other mechanical particles.
- All storage equipment, tanks, pipelines, valves, etc. must be thoroughly cleaned and inspected before use to prevent contamination.
